We will contact the EDC (Economic Development Corporation) and put the properties marketing material on their sites.

Marketing Materials
Flyers/Brochures/Other Marketing Material:
We will develop in-house a flyer or brochure highlighting your property and its various amenities. If necessary or desired, we can work with an advertising agency or graphic designer to design more specialized marketing materials.
Within 10 Days Of Listing
Signage:
We will design and work with a local sign company to fabricate and install one or more signs on your property advertising this listing.
Please note that we will order signage immediately upon receiving the listing; however, installation is contingent upon permitting requirements. Installation could occur as early as one week after ordering.
Direct E-Mail:
We will prepare an electronic “flyer” and do a broadcast to Realtors, Brokers, and Customers. We have more than 2,300 contacts that we currently send e-blasts in our existing database. Suriki Commercial Investment Real Estate Brand e-mail platform that allows us to e-mail to our entire network.
Schedule Paid Advertising:
If it is appropriate to do paid advertising. We will design and schedule all paid advertising to be initially undertaken. Depending upon the response to such ads, we will adjust the ad, the timing, and/or the publications.

Direct Mail Preparation:
If appropriate, we will prepare a postcard or other mailing to be distributed to a targeted audience. Depending upon the size of the mailing, we will then follow up by telephone. The preparation for this initial mailing would be completed within 30 days after the listing. The mailing would be distributed one to two weeks later.
Personal Contact
Cold Calling Preparation:
Cold calling (within the guidelines allowed by the Do Not Call Lists) can be an effective way of targeting specific uses for commercial property. We have many contacts that may be ideal prospects for this project.
We would develop a list of prospects within 10 days after the listing and begin contacting them. The timing of actually reaching everyone will vary with the number of prospects and our difficulty in reaching them. Of course, this also includes following up with all prior contacts.
Public Relations:
If appropriate, we will issue a press release and contact our sources at various local papers to try to get the listing picked up as a story in the papers/magazines. A new development and/or significant renovation can often be the subject of a story and we will do our best to spin the article in a way that is favorable and which generates a “buzz” about the listing.
Within Three Weeks Of Listing
CID Meetings:
CID (Commercial Investment Division) of the Association of Realtors. We will present the property at these meetings.
